Sound familiar?

You’re not behind. The tools were just never explained for someone running the whole show alone.

“Emails, bookings, posting, follow-ups… my week is gone.”

Repetitive work eats the hours you should spend on clients. Start with the one task that repeats most.

“There are too many tools. Which one is for me?”

You don’t need to pick yet. Draw the flow first. We suggest the cheapest tool that fits.

“Every tutorial is either too technical or selling me something.”

Cue walks you through in plain English, and only recommends free or low-cost options.

“Will this actually save me time or money?”

Every flow shows cost, setup difficulty, and estimated time saved before you sign up for anything.

Why I’m building this

I’m learning this too, out loud.

I run a one-person business, and not long ago I had never set up a single automation. I’d heard the word, opened a tutorial, closed it, and gone back to doing everything by hand.

So I’m building CoralCue as I learn. Every flow here is one I set up myself first, and I write down what took longer than promised, what I got wrong, and what I gave up on. The parts polished tutorials leave out are usually the parts that stop us.

Three cues, twenty minutes

Built around how you think about your work, not how software engineers think about it.

1

Tell Cue about your business

What you do and where your time goes. Two questions, no sign-up. Cue recommends the first automation with the least effort and the fastest payoff.

2

Shape the flow on the canvas

Your recommended flow opens as connected cards. Rename steps, add or remove a card, drag between circles to connect them.

3

Get your plan, or hand it to your AI

Every step, the free tools you need, and what it costs. Follow it yourself, or open it in Claude or ChatGPT: they connect to Gmail and Google Calendar and set it up with you, one step at a time.

CoralCue Starter Kits

Real flows that coaches, creatives, makers, and service owners run every day. Open one, tweak the wording, make it yours.

CoralCue Free Finds

Free first. Low-cost only when it’s proven worth it.

We only include automations you can start on free plans or for a few dollars a month. Every card shows a cost badge, and your plan compares cost, setup difficulty, and time saved so you decide before you sign up for anything.

Here’s your next cue.

Pick one thing you do by hand every week. Give it twenty minutes. That’s the whole first step, and Cue will be right there.
